Placing an Order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email. If your selection of products may be lost from the shopping bag, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products. HANSHENNES does not reserve items for future purchase.
All orders placed on HANSHENNES website www.hans-hennes.com are stored in our customer system. The information being saved is the customers shipping and billing address and order history.
You can choose your own password for login. Here you can view your own profile which contains order history and information such as customers shipping and billing address. All profiles can be deleted by contacting us at email@example.com
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including your order number, details of the product you have ordered and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. If you fail to receive an order confirmation 24h after placing an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the items purchased are in stock, we can fulfill your order. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with all shipment details. In the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.
Prices are shown in NOK, GBP or EUR. When first entering the site you get the option between these currencies. The preferred currency can also be changed later. All prices include VAT. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. If the package is not picked up by the customer and it incurred costs as a result of this, the customer is liable for the additional costs and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return shipment. This includes shipping costs, taxes, fees for pre-payments, return costs, or any other added charges.
Tax-free shopping on www.hans-hennes.com is not available. HANSHENNES reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We, however, take reservations for typing errors.
We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal, Klarna and Vipps.
If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.
The Seller may charge the Purchaser for the good from the time it is sent from the Seller to the Purchaser.
If the Purchaser uses a credit or debit card to make the payment, the Seller may hold the funds on the card when the order is placed. The card will be charged on the same day the good is sent.
If the Seller offers post-delivery invoicing, the invoice shall be issued when the good is dispatched. The due date shall be written on the invoice and must be a minimum of 14 days from when the Purchaser receives the delivery.
Purchasers under the age of 18 may not pay via post-delivery invoicing.
Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Lillestrøm, Norway

All orders within Norway are sent through the Norwegian post. All orders outside of Norway are also shipped from Lillestrøm, Norway through the Norwegian post.
Please note that purchases may be subject to import charges and taxes. HANSHENNES does not accept any responsibility for any such charges or taxes. Any import duties, taxes and VAT will be invoiced directly to the customer from the Norwegian post or your local customs office. Delivery notification will be sent via sms and email once your package is on its way. A shipment that is not collected within 14 days will be returned back to us. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional shipping fee.
Delivery has occurred once the Purchaser or his/her representative has taken possession of the item.
If the delivery time is not stated in the ordering solution, the Seller shall deliver the good to the Purchaser within a reasonable time frame and no later than 30 days after the order is placed by the customer. The good shall be delivered to the Purchaser unless other, special arrangements are made between the parties.
All orders are fully traceable with the provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible and latest 7 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays or severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.
Kindly also note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Trying Items On
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. When trying on jewellery or accesories please wash hands before to avoid any oil or dirt rubbing off. Store the jewellery or accesories in the same package as when it came. When trying on clothing, avoid rubbing off deodorant, perfume and make-up. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
All measurements are approximately, and variance may occur. Please have average sizing in mind and note that minor differences may occur.
Before shipping an item back to us, you must request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 14 days of receiving your order. This will ensure our returns department receive your request, rather than our customer care team. Make sure you include your order number in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.

We do not allow returns for the following:
Sale items can not be exchanged/returned.
Products purchased during a promotional sale period.
Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
Products without their tags attached.
Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan.
Products that are marked or damaged in any way.
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
In case of an exchange, we will ship the wished item as soon as we receive the original order. This could be an item of the same value, or the same item in a different size. If the wished exchange is not possible you will be contacted with the option of changing it into something else or receiving a refund.
DEFECTIVE GOODS: THE PURCHASER’S RIGHTS AND TIME LIMIT TO GIVE NOTICE
If the good is defective, the Purchaser must notify the Seller that he/she wishes to invoke the defect within a reasonable amount of time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. The Purchaser is always considered to have given timely notice if it occurs within two months after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Notice may be given no later than two years after the Purchaser took possession of the good. If the good or parts of it are meant to last considerably longer than two years, this deadline is extended to five years.
If the good has a defect and this is not due to the Purchaser or to conditions on the part of the Purchaser, the Purchaser may, in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Purchases Act, withhold the purchase sum, choose between repair and replacement, demand a price reduction, demand that contract be terminated and/or demand compensa- tion from the Seller, according to the relevant circumstances.
Notice should be given to the Seller in writing.
Our regular online return and exchanges policy as described above applies during sale periods. If you want to return a sale item, it must be done within 14 days after purchase.
There is a 1-year warranty on all jewelry products sold on www.hans-hennes.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. If an item was received damaged, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after purchase. Please place the item back in a sealed bag and HANSHENNES box to avoid any added scratches or damages. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us, along with photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. If the product is considered defect, we will make a full refund including shipping costs when the return of the claim is received.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage by the shipping provider whilst in transit from the HANSHENNES warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
HANSHENNES does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, you will be contacted by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. HANSHENNES will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety. Personal data collected from customers online consists of name, address (both shipping and billing addresses), email address and telephone number. HANSHENNS may also store information regarding your purchases, information regarding product and size, and purchase price and date.
HANSHENNES uses “Cookies” (Read more under “Cookies” below) and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your experience. HANSHENNES does not sell or rent out personal customer data. You are entitled at any time to request access to and correction of all personal data you have provided to us, or to request removal of your name and other personal data from HANSHENNES customer database. You are entitled at any time to request removal from our marketing/newsletter list by contacting us at email@example.com or click “unsubscribe” on the bottom of each newsletter.
For the safety of your personal information, we use SLL encryption on all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser when SSL is activated.
To make this site work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device.
What are Cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
Claims must be directed to the Seller within a reasonable time frame in accordance with Sections 9 and 10. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court.
